High Risk Chronic Hypertension

• prev. perinatal loss

• prev pre-eclampsia

• age > 40 yrs

• HTN more than 4 yrs

• renal disease; any cause

• diabetes

• cardiomyopathy

• collagen vascular disease

• presence of lupus anticoagulant

• coarctation of the aorta

• retinopathy
