Coronary Anomalies

This rare anomaly demonstrates the origin of the LAD arising form the right coronary cusp. This patient presented with new onset angina and had a tight stenosis at the ostium of the LAD requiring stent placement. Interestingly, the LAD was easily engaged with a 6F JR4 guiding catheter which offered adequate support to complete the procedure.
